I also hate it when you have several options for the same fruit. Except the one that you memorised just happens to be the one that hasn't been updated with the new price ._. so you have to keep using the search (as opposed to memorising a new 5-digit number). they did this last shift...

I suppose it's easier to put coins on the top as most cashiers say 20-30dollars and 55 cents.
as opposed to 55cents-20dollars and 55 -30 dollars and 55 cents @_@

I work at Coles! And had my induction. The SDA man was there for too long, and so everyone - like all 15 of us - got paid an extra 30 mins for sitting there listening...

If you keep your eyes peeled, your local Coles might have a notice saying that they are in need of staff. I suppose it's easier for them to hire people who live nearby than to bother to interview someone who lives a million miles away.
