Hey I'm accellerated as well (I'm actually in Jimmy's class). It seems like a pretty stupid idea to me (no offense) that they expect you to do all of the options when you are already accellerated... Or isn't that smart enough for the teachers?
A feasibility study should be set out like this (according to Heinemann's IPT textbook:

2. Contents
3. Problem Definition
4. Requirement Report
5. Summary of investigation (on existing system)
6. Alternative solutions (other than the one proposed in the study)
7. Reccommendations...
