Agreed. I loved this movie. I thought it was a really great performance by Djimon, and it really saved the film, imo. (It needed saving, mostly due to Connelly's performance =P).
An incredible piece of literature by an amazing author. There's a reason that it sold over 30 million copies, and is frequently referenced as one of the best books of the 20th century.
Hehe well, I couldn't really wait to finish one, and then to start another, so I decided to read them at the same time. \o/
Dubliners is an excellent book. The Dead was my favourite.
Read anything by John Steinbeck.

Also, read Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden, and without a doubt, The Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger.
