It was a great paper, i did really well.
The only thing that comes into my head wher ei lsot marks was the "program counter" one. At the time i tohught it was a gernric term for a counter used in loops. Only after when i was tlaking to someone that they said it was a counter used to keep track...
No, you are right. Solar flares cause electromagnetic radiation across all wavelengths.
But refering back to what i said earlier, since it is companies who own specturms, it is painfully obvious that they have to code in some methods or algorithms in order to avoid interfering withother...
Damn, didn't think of that scenario
I think i started trying to rationalise the whole thing with some some crap i learned from phyics. MY whole logic was they have to be similar frequency's to interfer -> peope own certain aspects of the spectrum, there only cable.
Also, like i mentioned...
Question 14, out of my textbook it says nothing about electromagnetic radiation affecting electromagnetic radiation. The closeest thing to it is that microwaves are line of site.
It does say that twisted copper pairs can get electromagnetic interference.
Also, for a wireless connection...
Dude, how?
My memory is saying that they will take the first 2 questions you answered. I don' think they will pick you two best, remember they are the BoS and care very little about individuals.
I didn't think it was that bad either, got through most of it no problems. It was only after thinking about a couple questions that i relieased some very stupid and easily avoidable mistakes.
I got about 95/120 after going through this. Hopefully i will do a bit better after ranks and that are taken in. Not very happy with this mark. In the trials i got 87% and if my mark is accurate i didn't even break the 80% range, which makes me feel like shit. Any thoughts? Being a little over...
f-ing f on a f-ing f sandwhich with a side helping of f. I could have done that question then. I had practiced a question much like that before and knew exactly what to do. If only i saw a 1 instead of a 0. Any idea if they will award part marks for demonstrating you know some of the methods...
If you can remember that then you are fine, but for me to really remember it corectly I NEED to understand how it works. All my rambling up above was just me trying to understand how this method worked, rather then finding out how to blinding solve questions like this.
Thanks Forbidden, I had since blindly accepted the fact after my struggle with the question, steaming mainly from my poor writting/setting out.
Now i understand why it is like that which helps alot.
If i understand what you are saying correctly...
Say you were told to graph a region where x > y . First you grap the line as if it was x = y. Then you pick a test point on either side of the line and substitute it into the orignal equation, in this case x > y .Now one of those sides, or test...
ok sorry but i think you cleared it up for me.
I was confused about finding the area because it was both above and below the x axis. I thougt the only way to solve it was to divided the area up into a number of sections, find the area of those sections and finally add/subtract them in order to...
hello all
i have encountered a problem from the 2000 paper ( http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/hsc_exams/hsc2000exams/hsc00_maths/00mathematics23U.pdf ) that i havn't been able to wrap my head around yet.
Question 7, part c, part ii.
Correct me if i am wrong but when you use integration...
A friend told me today that i you do advanced english you are guaranteed atleast a band 4 -mark of 70. Is what he saying true or is something amiss?
Thanks alot.
