yeah i know but i was just wondering if any one knew what the raw marks were in 2001, 2002 n 2003 for a band 6 in the hsc exam

does anyone know the raw mark for the hsc exam that would of got you a band 6 in the previous yrs some one said a raw mark of 86 in 2002 exam would of given you somewhere in the 90s dunno how true that is

for the real uai don't they take ur raw hsc mark n ur raw assesment mark?? or do they take the one which has been alligned already then scale it which would mean effectivly say if i got a hsc of 86 for physics they while take that and then scale it???

you uai is a rank which takes count of ur skool rank and ur exam mark am talkin bout just exam only not uai n ur record of achievement is different so u go n figure!

so what you saying you can't get a band 6 regardless of how much you get in the hsc exam because of ur rank or because ur skool is not like james ruse that is nonsense!

different bands i heard it doesn't matter what ur rank is in ur class if you get say 90% in the actual hsc exam you will recieve a band 6 in ur record of achivements

true i agree with you completly so many people in my skool who r not doin so well have all given up that makes it hard to even get a decent average in th hsc

how would they do this?? i mean it is so easy for teachers to take away 5,6,7,8,9% off less able students and bassically give them to more able students but at same time keeping the average constant this only helps half the students get more marks then they deserve they should only take ur...
