When your at a pub or club or what ever, and they pickup do you make sure they dont go home with him/her, or dont kiss him/her. etc. Do you stay with them, or do you like give them space.
So how easy do you fall for a guy or a girl. (i mean just infactuation, i.e. know youd love to date them)
Takes about a couple of hours for me. When it happens (which it rarely does).
Im going to usyd by myself, although i do have a friend in second year, and have made a new friend in first year (whom i met on wed), i hope i will meet some more ppl in lecs and tutes etc.

At usyd a couple of things i wasnt expecting to see was two pharmacies, a bank, a travel agent and our very own donut king and an optomistrist and a rock climbing facilitiy. Some things just took me by surprise when i saw them.

Are you doing the degree you originally intended? i.e. the degree you had as your first prefference. If so which round did you get it, or did you trasnfer after a period of time.
So we all agree that some universities are better in certain feilds then others.
This leads me to ask what makes a university good university. ? eg resources? prestigue? buildings? selectiveness? campus location? etc
well ive hard the word snobs beeing used about the people going to USYD, especially from those in the university general forum. Do you agree or disagree with it?>
Out of all the universities which has the largest and samllest campus? Im sure ACU has the smallest, and i would guess USYD has the largest. But i think maybe one of the other unis might be bigger and i dont know it, or even the country because there tends to be more space for expansion.
So what course preferences does your university have? which are you a fan of? do you actually understand what they mean and what the difference is between the various systems?
eg USYD first year courses are like PHIL1001 or PHIL1011
An occurance on this forum has gotten me thinking about university as a source of social protest and a strong force in the civil liberties movement. My question is do people still consider university as a place for freedom of speach, protection and encouragement of civil liberties and as a place...
Why did you choose to study your particular degree, and why did you choose to study that degree at the uni you are going to.
I chose B Arts and Sciences because its a new degree that matched exactly what i was looking for, a chance to study a vast ammount of courses. With still room to...
