i've been going through the sylabus and i'm only doing the knowledge points.(for now) the skills seem alot harder, and the info for them is not as easy to find as the knowledge ones are. wheres the best place to go to find info on the skills part of the sylabus ?

there are some courses i'm interested in at New Castle Uni, and if i dont get the required UAI, then they say i can get up to 100 credits or something to go towards Uni. if i go this route, will i be able to still use the HECS paying thing, or do i have to pay full fees or something like that.

unless i've missed something, we have the HSC in about 2 and half weeks. what happens if someone does really well in the HSC, there UAI can go up alot right ?
