hey guys i need help on converting my usyd credits into GPA, i tried look at the usyd website it gave me a stupid page long formula to calculate gpa, is there any simplified version so i can use to work out my gpa efficiently?

hi everyone i am just wondering whether or not they are compulsory subjects if i want to do senior units of Maths next year.
well i am not a science student and i read through the handbook, they dont seem to be any of the prerequisites for math2xxx subjects. so i think i will be doing math...
can someone tell me how come everyone goes there to change timetable?
cant they just do it online?or am i missing something like u can get ur timetable perfectly as u wish..
i was told that the units that we r doing in first year wouldnt be counted toward the major, is it true that major starts second year?
i am currently doing some senior units(requirement of my major) in my first year studies.what if it does count ,so am i supposed to do other senior units next...
