How many marks do we lose if we just ignore it and use one? Are you able to use other prescribed texts as related?

Does it matter whether we use black or blue? I have a really good blue pen I like and I don't have the time to go buy a black one :( If I do, i'll probably go after the English exams so any recommendations? :D Good luck everyone!
