In the Excel book it states "Intensity is independent of photon energy". Taking intensity to equal power/area, doesn't an increase in photon energy mean more energy and hence more power per unit area?
Thanks in advance

For the general solution such as that in tan (@ - pi/3) = -sqrt3 does the angle we use (giving the terminal ray) in the right hand side matter (knowing that the tan of that angle = -sqrt three)
for e.g
tan (@ - pi/3) = -sqrt3
tan (@ - pi/3) = tan 2pi/3
@ = npi + pi
@ = pi(n + 1)
OR
tan...

im using @ for theta
prove the following:
sin(n@ + @) + 2sin(n@) + sin(n@ - @) = cot(@/2)
cos(n@ - @) - cos(n@ + @)
I can simplify the expression down so that:
LHS =
cos@ + 1
