i thought they dont post out specific results for each section. isnt it just a total hsc mark on how u did on legal studies out of 100? correct me if im wrong some1 please.

i know making a list of legislations and cases is a good idea. but im too lazy to do that. so what i did was shove in relevant cases and legislations in essay, so hopefully they'll ring a bell and help me elaborate. but i guess if we get a few dates wrong its ok. they seriously cant expect us to...

yes i think so thats basically what u're required to do for evluating effective or something. however i dont think they'll ask u to evaluate the family court alone. so yeah dont worry too much about it.
For family court, id suggest evluations like its advantages, disadvantages which include cost, delay etc and whether all members of the society have even access to resources eg legal aid, representation etc. You might also wanna include that the recognition of specialisation allowed minorities...
hey for the family and consumer essays, remember there'll always ask 1 that is really generic and another 1 which is more specific. i find it easier to prepare for the generic 1, coz it basically allows u to talk about anything. For consumer i talked about how legislations have evolved overtime...
I havent actually heard anything about a cross cultural comparison in equality and difference. but u can always include it i guess for extra marks. we got to choose our own topics and i did discrimination against Australian Aborigines and ways which reduced these discrimination/prejudice.
