Re: The Official Union Board Elections 2007 Thread
someone make the markets better
last year there were only like 3 stalls at the markets; dualplover, some zine one and some hippies selling clothing
two choices
drop out
or change your subjects. im pretty sure the uni system will let you enrol in lots of arts subjects say even though you are doing a science degree. i dont know when the cut off date is though.
if you changed from b arts to b science say you could still get half credit...
theres some in the pidgeon holes in the psych office i think.
mungo macallum building. on the other side of the road to manning bar, abit before if youre coming from fisher direction. theres two huge stone spheres out the front of it.
if anyone wants a first year physics textbook for 50 dollars pm me.
for physics fundamentals or whatever the easy one is called. perfect condition, barely touched.
first year psych tutes are on the top floor of old teachers college, right down one end. theres normally signs up in the building that say first year psych tutes this way because its abit confusing.
stuff in the quad is hard to find as none of the entrances meet up a la normal buildings. so...
Student Allowance system is a joke.
To get student allowance while living at home you have to prove you are independent from your parents. You can do this by earning a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time. I have a friend who lives at home, doesnt have to pay board or for food...

the electorate pretty much doesnt care how efficient anything is, as long as they dont get the impression it will negatively effect them. of course if its...
there wont be any less commonwealth places.
all that will happen is that more people will be going to uni.
the full fee paying people pretty much pay for the extra seat in their tutorial and lecture and someone to mark there exams + abit more, so the uni will take as many full fee paying...
a b psych is just a b science with a major in psychology. there is no difference. every subject in a b psych you can do in b science. no point in changing.
a b psych has its own tutorial group in first year i think but this is almost 100% useless. this is the only actual difference between...
You will do exactly the same psych units. your other units will be different though. basically if you do a bscience you will have to do maths in first year and some science subjects. if you do a barts you will have to do a double major, one major in psych and one major in some other arts...
yeah just do b sci
you can do all the subjects in a med sci degree or a psych degree in a regular b science degree. theres no real point of doing one of them as they just ask for a higher uai, restrict you, and give you nothing in return.
