I felt happy, but I don't go to a very highly ranked school (rural) so take that with a grain of salt.
I have improved in most of my subjects excpet 3U in y12 (68% but idc because it's my 11th unit)

My biggest piece of advice is to not be sad after 'bad' assessment marks especially in prelim, as it does not matter, and as for eraly entry, I find that lots of ppl stress about it buts it's lowkey pointless as most of the early entry offers are conditional and still require you to do well on HSC exams

Additionally, most of the more 'prestigious' (USyd, UNSW) unis don't do early entry, except for equity and/or non-academic purposes (e.g. UNSW Gateway or USyd Conservatorium Audition)

If you are trying for med school, I found that a lot of the UCAT prep companies capitalise on exploiting the anxieties of students and their parents, and that the offical UCAT consortium provides lots of practice questions and have powerpoints on tips for each section. So I'd look at those first before purchasing a prep course.
