    really? i thought that assuming that i got like 79 in ext. 1 english and 80 in general maths.. they would take the maths then scale.. and because of my rank it will go down.. but if the 79 got counted it would have been better? oh well im confuseeeddd..

    In year 11, i came 1st for General Maths throughout the year, however since more of my subjects are humanities and focus on writing, i've been slacking off and now probably rank somewhere like 7th? For my first assessment i got 49% and the second one 71% I was thinking should i drop it...

    I heard along the grape vine.. probably not true, but schools who are considered 'disadvantaged' get bonus points towards their UAI ranging from 3-5 points? Is this true? Or is it only if you apply for a certain course, and the university give you five points in order to be able to enter...

    Casual / Part-time Jobs

    I work at Diva, and they are pretty flexible like i work something like 2-3 shifts a week.. and do no more than 9 hours.. It's easier that way.

    Gee if the school really does pull you down then im FKD... (love the abbreviations) My school like ranked bottom 80 or something.. and so many people dont even qualify for a UAI.. terrible
