Can anyone give me an insight into how the credit transfer system works at usyd?

I know this is more or less clarified through the link I have posted above, but what do you guys think the minimum NRSL rank will be this year for entry into Usyd law?

I've found a list of minimum NRSL ranks that were required to gain entrance into Usyd Law over the past 5 years. The list is hyperlinked below and is on page 24 within the document. http://sydney.edu.au/ab/committees/admissions/2012/ADM_May12_agenda.pdf

Has the NRSL cut-off for Usyd Law consistently remained around the low 97's over the past few years?
