Just wondering if we were allowed to take metal rulers (the kind with mm, cm and inchs with a conversion table on the back) into the exam...the conversions are useless, but will they just say no? if so, i need to find myself a ruler...

Since they changed the HSC English course from studying 'modern' english to 'post-modern' english, there has been very little positive feedback among teachers or students. I believe the idea for a compolsory back-to-basics english course as part of a national certificate has a lot of merit...
