Can anyone help me with the relation between acceleration and distance in this question? I can see it must be relatively simple, but I'm just not getting it...
For those of you without the paper, there is a cannon 215m long, and the "pod" fired out the end needs to be going 1.03 x 10^3 metres...
7 was alright, just didn't have enough time...took too much on 5 and 6...lol
Was easier than the 2U test, on a relative scale...still a tad long though
The questions weren't too hard, there were just too amny of them...most of those parts in q. 9 and 10 should have been worth 3-4 marks, but were worth 1-2...effectively, twice the amount of difficult questions that there should have been...
Think I did alright though...only one I wasn't sure...
There are answers to q. 10 (a) done by a teacher on the Sydney Morning Herald website (www.smh.com.au)...i got at least 4/12 for q. 10...gotta be happy :-)
I have Physics on next Friday, then six days before Software Design on the Thursday afternoon, then English Ext 1 on Friday morning and Engineering on Friday afternoon. So that makes about a 2 and a half hour gap between that and my previous exam...lol
Wouldn't mind an extra week in there...
