I handed in my SDD Major project today... marks the end of my internal assesments.. it was funny lastnight.. half the class was online (4 of us) finishing the documentation.. 1 guy was still coding till 12am... but we all did it...

we arent allowed a muck up day, (kings school) so to safe guard the school the Headmaster is going to hire a squad of security guards on that night/day... ...but we can also work the night before ;) my brothers year threw all the cutlery from the cafeteria kitchens into the swimming...

i remember one of my yr11 assignments for physics.. it was.. THE stupidest thing. one part, Find a picture that looks like your chosen Physicist, explain why. Draw a tombstone for the dead physicist... like cmon.. its not art, althoguh that is more theory then prac.

OFFICE SPACE! omg i laughed so hard... Also Snatch thats a good movie too, and basically anything thats funny. i am not one of those film critics that enjoy the use of a wide angle shot to show a widening of the characters mind, call me shallow.

i just found out that my trial was worth 48% or internal mark! hopefully i did well in it.

ours still havent been marked. but i am hopeful that i did well

I initially got 75% which was 5th, then my marks got revised, ended up with 78% = 2nd :D top was 88%, lowest was 7% :eek:

well if you have time a few minutes check what you did in the first five minutes of the test, its where a majority of stupid mistakes are made, by doing this i gained like 5 marks.

i got 61% highest was 68% then 64%, went as low as 19%. theres 8 in my class.

yeh you just have to read, understand, regurgitate. Its easier when you actually like what you are reading. eg Space and astrophysics.

just try and go through the syllabus and see if you understand it, then go to your text and do a few questions, make sure you cover alot of the theory work, like background experiments and such. Last years Phys HSC was 8% calculations, the rest was like explain this, compare these etc etc...

we just started induction, god it annoys me when i can't get the answer, but when i do its a great feeling. lol. can't wait to do binomial thm :p
