That's the thing I am confused about how do you learn/remember the syllabus dot points in detail, do you just read over your notes and understand it so it solidifies or memorise your notes?

I got 83 in the CSSA IPT Trial Paper, 3rd in the Class and the highest mark was 87.

Just study the whole syllabus and you won't have to worry about such things mate.
