Found out on first day that not all subjects were on timetable, so add another four hours to that. Am enjoying the course very much. However, some of it seems very basic. Cutting and pasting of squars. BAH! Gerhard is very funny though. Type would have to be one of my favourite courses. And...

I missed it too. Would love to know of any important info. Dont think many design students frequent these boards though.

For all those studying Design in VisComm, our tutorials for monday have been posted on utsonline. I am in the 12 till 1:30m class with Adrian or someone.:confused: Also, in MySubject Activities (where you can view your timetable etc.) under My Preferences. I have nothing listed, is this normal...

For my VisComm course it only says I am enrolled in two. So I guess everything is fine.

This is my timetable. Anybody have something similar? Just seems like such little hours (I know the monday tut isnt their yet, but still). Am i missing something?

Re: post your timetable This is mine: It seems rather sparse, have I forgotten to enrol in some subjects (this is for Design in Viscomm.) Can anyone in the course compare theirs to mine please? (BTW, only the autumn subjetcs are showing)

Re: The UTS 'Secks and Welcome the New Students' Thread I am. When Enrolling online, selected the 10am session tomorrow. Says I have to be there at 10. Wonder what is involved and how long it goes for? BTW: Doing Visscomm.

What do you mean by your preferences being processed? Is that under "My Preferences" in My Student Admin? If so, mine says nothing. Just a date?

Enrolled for my VisComm course yesterday. Was very lucky to get there early and get the best sessions. They filled up one hour later. Very hectice. Have Wednesday off :D and most days finish at one or two :D

So I take i this is what I will be studying first semester? For those who have enrolled before. How does it work exactly? Will there be a list of these subjects on the computer when I go in on thurs? And I just build my timetable from that? Or am I to already know the course codes of each...

Have you already gone into UTS to enrol properly? How strange that some say admitted.

Just got another email back: "Hi Ashley, Once you come in and enrole then your offer will change to admitted. Sorry for the confusion, you have done everything right. DAB Faculty" Just wondering- for anyone who HAS NOT gone into enrol yet, do you have admitted? I dont want to get there...
