thanks lara...yeah true.... can i ask u a question.. i had two choices, between managing diversity and occupational healthy and safety..i chose managing diversity..but i realised that this was a level 3 unit where as OHS was a level 2 unit, does this mean that OHS is easier... sorry i knw this...
