I used to find i didnt have enough time. The truth is the only answer is preparation. You should already have prepared an essay and structured it around a 40 minute time period. I found it easy to spilt each of my paragraphs/points into 10 minute checkpoints so i knew if i was staying on track...

i knew when i was reading this question that alot of people would have made the same mistake. I think it was crucial to stick to your argument and choose one point in order to place a top mark however if you explained the pros and cons of each argument well you could probably get a band 5
