possibilily not, but i'm not sure. we have ALWAYS been told to use dates for all legislation, cases and media! and also to specify whether or not it's a commonwealth or state legislation. i think dates just show are further depth of knowlegde and are more likely to impress the marker...

hey yeah evaluating and analysing etc can be the hard bit.. but as long as your familiar with your content it shouldn't be THAT hard, just remember evaluate means -make a jugdement- so just try to draw a conclusion/judgement based on what the question specifies. analyse -identify...

is it worth learning about women of two periods (in my case founding and contemporary) or is it safe to assume they won't specify a period?? i know they did in 2004... so therefore could i assume they won't specify the same ones?? on a similiar not for religious rites could i get away with...
