I'm fairly sure that if you're ranked second your assessment mark wasn't affected by your peers. your 86 was a result of your assessments in school.

I got an ATAR of 95.45 but I need 96 to get into law. Is anybody aware of anyway I might get in. I've heard of your ATAR inflating in certain rounds. (I'm not indigenous or torres strait islander and bonus points don't count for law). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, unfortunately law doesn't offer those types.

I got a 95.45. I feel good because I know I worked damn hard for it but still, just missed out on my course by .55. It hurts. Congratulations to everybody. I hope you all got the marks you deserved. Matrix calculator was spot on by the way.
