I guess it really depends on whether you wish to work. Melb JD is relatively more intensive whereas for Monash JD, you only have classes 1 1/2 day a week.
Also, I think learning with some 'mature age' people is a great experience. Well and I don't see them as mature age students but students...
I've just received 2 offers for JD, one from Monash, offering a Full Fee place and one from RMIT, offering a CSP-place.
While the 8k uni fee looks very attractive to me, I have doubts about its reputation for lawand its prospects.
I certainly think that I prefer to be in Monash...
