Yes it could. Not to mention how some of that percent will turn up wearing the exact same clothing because some medicine entry program told them what to say and how to look. I've heard horror stories. I forget how many rural places there are. Around 40?

I chose to go on the 28th because my school formal was in the 26th and I didn't want to miss the last two days of school (24th,25th). I have to fly down the day before (Gar, to be a rural student). I don't think it'd be advantageous to go last, but to do excellently! There are 370 people vying...
