In the 16,000 or so exams the markers go through I don't think they'll be too perturbed by a fake case study as long as you make it sound credible. It's easy to make up a fake one if the question doesn't ask for a global business.... that way you can just pick a local business that the markers...

Work 5 hours Saturdays and 4 hours Sundays. Didn't take any time off except this weekend as in english is ghey. But i'm working all other weekends during the HSC. I need to work. It's relaxing.
