I'm not here to defend a wildly-successful tutoring company, what's in it for me in doing that LOL. I just find it peculiar that Delta lives rent-free in your head so intensely; all of your posts are about them. At the end of the day everyone knows they're really, really good, so you just...
Have you tried the classifieds section on this forum under the 'Tutoring' category? A lot of my friends have found decent private tutors on this site, but you might have to cycle through a few because some can be pretty ordinary and it really depends on how much uni work they have sometimes.
Yes this is correct, it seems very difficult to address the question, link it to the rubric AND introduce your text all in one sentence? You'll need other sentences in your introduction.
That Ext 2 maths is definitely worth taking if you're well supported and willing to work hard given the huge scaling benefits (Ext 1 becomes 2 units, Ext 2 becomes 2 units)
I never said it reflects the majority. I'm part of a community where virtually everyone goes to tutoring lol and that represents the vast majority of people I know, especially at selective schools (and it's very apparent given I moved to a selective school part way through high school)
Bro everyone DOES do Ext 2 to get a 9whatever+ ATAR. What you're saying is really not what I've heard from everyone, it seems that most people who approach it with a positive attitude get a Band 6. Just my observations.
Why would he respond? He runs 2 successful tutoring businesses which people are clearly happy paying for. Yeah it's pricey but I get virtually all the help I need with every exam no questions asked, they take their work very seriously
Idk, I go there and it's pretty good lol. Definitely a bit overkill if you don't really like English or you're not aiming for a solid Band 6, you can get private tutoring MUCH cheaper but probably not as comprehensive and detailed.
Everyone says (and it's very true) that doing Ext 2 maths, even if you don't like it, is a really good idea because the scaling is just nuts; and most importantly both Extension subjects become 2 units each which is even more of a scaling boost. It's really imbalanced and I've heard that most...
I joined baulko in Year 9 but it was from a nearby school. I'm really happy here but if you're already attending a selective school it's really not worth it imo, you raelly have to get lucky with your group of friends and a whole new environment
