Haven't done much maths in a while so here goes:
v = 2x + 1 at t=0, x=0
a) d(0.5v^2)/dx = acceleration (a)
0.5v^2 = 0.5(2x+1)^2
= 0.5 (4x^2 + 4x + 1)
= 2x^2 + 2x + 0.5
d(0.5v^2)/dx = 4x + 2
So a = 4x + 2... at a=5...
5 = 4x + 2
x = 3/4 cm
b) dx/dt = 2x + 1
dx/2x+1 = dt...
The Weather Makers - Tim Flannery
As much as I would like to consider this book as coming under the Horror genre, sadly enough this book comes under Non-Fiction. The recent Australian of the Year presents an alarming view for the future in the context of the issue of Global Warming and...
Yeah, I rang them up just to double check with enrolment and stuff, and the gist of it was that for the enrolment day you can only put down CHEM1901/1902, not 1903/1904 straight off (in case anyone was wondering) and that during the first/second week or so they will say stuff about it and post...
This may sound like a silly question, but how do you find out that you are into the SSP for chem? Do they send you out a letter, as they did for the TSP? For instance, for enrolment they ask you to put down the units of study you want to do but the SSP is invite only so do you just put it down...
The UAI is a ranking system. Therefore, a person just has to be ranked first in his school assessments (even if the highest mark is like 30%, it still doesn't matter) and then get really high marks (ie 95+) for 10 units in the HSC exam.
