For the business subjects, some of the lectures/tutorials will be held at the broadway campus and others at haymarket. Depends on the subject really.

Is the Internetworking Sub-major option open for business computing students? In the Major/sub-major guide (on the start.it site) it has it as a sub major, but it isn't displayed on the online handbook.:S

my uai was 0.75 higher than what was predicted using this calculator.. :S

there are only limited computers for non - it faculty students in building 10. Building 10 is the one next to building 2, well u have to cross the road.. so if ur standing at building 1, walk towards broadway and turn right at the first street.

i would say first try and understand the concepts then do the questions. If you can understand the concept then the questions become so much easier. i wouldnt go about it the other way, doing questions to understand the concept. Sure use questions which ur trying to understand, but dont use it...

for last years hsc, i called the HSC helpline thing and they said that you shouldnt have to use 4unit techniques in a 3unit exam, but it is ok to do so, if you get the correct answer, then they will give it. In school exams, they might not give u marks. u should aviod using them but if you cant...

I might do Finance and software engineering or application development. Dont know yet...see how it goes

week 8. this is week 7 right??? i think i got the formula wrong for the second one. I didnt really do psudocode...i just did like a design and just like wrote like random stuff that i was thinking of at the time hahaha probably wrong.

yeah goto the library site and theres like 1 past paper for programming...its an old one though.

yeah i got mine from somewhere else but apparently they are on BOS site...so ya

yeha im pretty sure its for everyone. just have a look on the timetable and check the dates on it. I dont have any tutorials this week

is it for all subjects that there arent tutorials in the first week???

wa thanx for the link...wen i first got my timetable i was like wtf!!!!!!..but then after looking at it carefully started to understand everything.

i guess for armature u could use the wooden skewers. For the split ring commutator you could probably bend 2 pieces of copper and for carbon brushes...not sure..haha havent done this in quite a long time:D
