How come there are 3 essays on topic 3 &4, i thought it's like divided into 2 topic 1&2 essays and 2 topic 3&4 essays....

are most of the hkies doing chinese background or continuous, coz some people just pretend that they dunno chinese and sneak to chinese continuous, which is pretty unfair, since like 40% continuous ppl get band 6

man, i thought i could find some notes here, it's just a chatroom. i came to Aus in 98, and i just always forgets how to write the words. it's fully annoying that it takes heaps of time for me to flip the dictionary in the exam rather than writing. Help, although it's probably too late for that.

I think the Q8 of proving pi is irrational was done b4, i think it's not as impossible as Qs on probability. i thought last year's paper was extremely easy, and this year's one is alrite

I did the poetry Q, 2. lucky i studied the street of Laredo, which i didn't plan. lucky it was the face of the street, coz i dun even know the ballad. well, i guess, at least we didn't need to write 4 text in 30 mins, which is just not enough for detailed analysation.

i did the second part of Q8 after exam, i reckon it's do-able, coz it kinda leads you a lot, i think. i think it's just pretty long, like the intergration. i managed to do part b in like 30 mins, which is like not worth it if u can't do math that fast.

i hate the bad scaling for people below band 6, it's just scary that u know ur mark is so scaling down....

they talk really fast, i reckon most ppl wouldn't be able to understand everything, plus the fact that the supervisor just wouldn't turn the volume up, ##%^$...

I completed my 4 u last year, and i have to admit that this year's paper is much harder than last year's, although last year's paper is easy on itself

i wonder what the markers are really looking for, i hope it's about mass dilation, coz that's what i wrote

i found this year's paper easier, i could answer most of the Q, compares to last year's, i think i did much better, but it's probably i hadn't studied much b4 i do last year's paper.
