I'm doing first year med sci right now, in usyd. And i agree.. it's quite.. torturous.. especially the prac hours.. 5 hours of MBLG and 3 hours of physics and chem (and bio in 1st sem). I reckon if you want to, do med sci in a different uni. most other ones get you started on human stuff...

Re: Semester I 2007 - Chatter Thread! Today was my first day, and I started it sort of badly by coming late to the 8am maths lecture, as well as getting wet from the rain, as well as not getting a seat for the first 25 minutes or so..but that's okay, cos I finished my day at 10 am...

i'm doind med sci too!!..but i don't know, i might transfer to a broader degree, since working in a lab doesn't seem all that appealing to me
