    binomial problem

    From 9c0(1+x)^9, the coefficient of x^2 = 9c0*9c2 (9c2 is the coefficient of x^2 in the expansion of (1+x)^9). Similarly, the coefficient of x^2 in 9c1(1+x)^8kx^2 = 9c0 which you multiply by 9c1, giving 9co * 9c1.

What did you write about? That seems well over 4000 words, so more than 2000 words per essay.

    General Thoughts: Economics

When I say repay in some way or another, I meant that the receiving country must pay back either through increased trade with the providing country or by allowing greater financial flows into that country, not by repaying the aid itself. I can see your point though. I guess it is entirely up...

    General Thoughts: Economics

To my understanding "conditional" means it is tied aid, which means that the recipient must pay back the provider in some way or another. If this was the case, then it would be recorded on the capital account since then it would be reversible. Building a school does not entail a 'paying back the...

    General Thoughts: Economics

Funds to build a school is in no way conditional. Being unconditional, it should be a non-reversible transaction on the net secondary income account (ie. a debit).
