r we allowd to leave whenever we want? like even after half an hour? or do we have to stay there for a minimum time then we can leave? doubt ill b leaving but ne ways i juz wanted to know.. and r we allowed water bottles with us?
well im also doing sociology essay and i used lecture notes and just referenced that by writing the lecturers name, 2005 then course # and name and then the lecture week that i used like e.g. lecture 2 and 5 u know... becuz sociology doesnt have webct so its hard to remember all the info we get...
ive totally given up trying to study on the train... i just close my eyes and listen to my discman and relax so then when i get home i wont be so tempted to fall asleep. Today tho, i was so tired that i woke up juz in time to run out of the train... i had to force the doors to open hehehe oopz...
heyy i was just wondering ryt, i havent received my statement of account letter yet.. but my mum paid the fees through her work [last tuesday] but how am i to know if the uni received the payment? and im not sure if my mum did it correctly .. cuz she only asked for my student number cuz...
na i cant drive :( and even if i did i cant afford a car, and my parents car isn't all dat well ryt now [meaning there is stuff we have to fix] and im not all that...'well off' if u knwo wot i mean....

Living on campus... yeh i think i'll travel for say a semeter or maybe a yr [if i can manage] and if all else fails, i myt have to move closer to bankstown or on campus...[im using is as my last resort cuz i dunt wana move away from home juz yet ehehehe..] and plus, i cant...
i was wondering if uws offers any sort of help or assistance with people who live say 45km+ away from the campus they're at? I travel for 2hours each way, and its not like i mind, but spending approx. $35 [plus or minus few $] on public transport each week.... it adds up. So i was juz wondering...
how do they know ur in class if there is no like rolll call or like system which allows the uni or lecture/tut know ur present?
at the orientation day, they passed a sheet around where we wrote our names and student number... is that what we'll have to do for each lecture/tut ?
oh okay... i must've missed that part, i came late to the aas. Is it a good or bad thing if there are more people? do u reckon that are there any mature students?
what time is the orientation thing and once we get there where do we go? will it be just b of policing?

I'm used to catching trains to go to the city and sometimes northern beaches [from penrith] and its usually fine.... but when i come back to penrith, it's usually pretty late, sometimes they have even cancelled the trains from central [hope that won't happen] But ive never caught trains to...
umm the area... i said i thought penrith was bad because i used to live on the northern beaches, so going west [and hearing the reputation n stereotype], when i got to penrith it was terrible [lifestyle and attitudes were way different]. but its not as bad as bankstown.

im scared to go to bankstown :( - i thought penrith was bad, but it's probably not even an 1/8 of what bankstown is like.... well i'm not really sure ive never been there, but u know...'people talk' soo u hear things.. ... ... i guess if u make some friends fro the start, u should stick together...
