hey everyone, i just completed first year commerce subjects at usyd. I intend to major in economics and need to choose some eco electives for second year, but i have no idea which eco subjects are most interesting/easy/better, any suggestions???? :D

i am intending to do b commerce at syd but i do not wish to do accounting/finance or anything that requires sufficient maths, what is the best major to do? and also, does commerce get boring?

im planning to do B com at syd then transferring to com/law either at syd or to unsw..would that work?

lol that is definitely reassurring..though i have not considered putting it as a preference anyway. do you know how transfer works? would it be the same as getting straight in, considering you usually only do one of your 2 degrees in the first year..or am i deluded?

wtf how did you get into law with 95? i thought u dont get bonus points for combined law for syd or unsw

yes it does. your school assessment constitutes half of your hsc mark..and thus your school rank will be considered in order to moderate your hsc marks accordingly

if i were to write an essay on the impact of recent trends in the value of the $A, would i focus on y the australian dollar is appreciating...or how it effects the economy?.. any useful sites or articles will b helpful too =)

im doin an assignment on Australia's current account deficit, and the question is..."is Australia's current account deficit a problem?" i have reasons y it would b a problem...but i need more on y the CAD is a good thing...or tht it isnt a problem... any help would b appreciated!:bomb:
