As many have said before i beleive the novel is excellent in that one can relate it to the world around them, the world to be and the world that was. e.g. telescreens, propaganda, opression and so on.
On a side note i found some aspects of the novel a bit tedious, especially Goldstein's book...
I am currently reading Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series ~!
It has been a week since and im up to the third book (out of who knows how many) ~ so you can guess how i feel about them
hehe Obernewtyn was really good !! i liked the concept and all~ btw is the series finished yet? because the last time i read it wasnt :(
Haha yeah~ Its really different from all the other fantasy books~! i like the political/powerplay aspect of the novel!! The Magician is good too :) A nice...
William Gibson is a must - i liked Idoru the best but it was the second book of a trilogy :(
Although i read it first :p A better known composition would be Neuromancer :)
I liked the Isobelle Carmody books and Raymond E. Fiest when i was younger~!
Isobelle Carmody's Darksong - Darkfall trilogy is interesting :) lots of character depth but if you're into plot it is a bit slow :)
