As the topic states, some may say a stupid question, but I haven't attended any orientation days/enrollment days yet. When does Uni return for Business at Kuring-Gai or the City?
Cheers.
**Crap. Stupid spelling mistakes in the title. :P
My UAI was 86.20. (So much less than I thought I'd get...anyways :P) I received 5 bonus points, pushing me to 91.20, with the cut off being 91.80. Hmmph. I don't think I'll make it into the city campus - I've already accepted the Kuring-Gai offer. What does anyone else think of my chances in the...
Bachelor of Business, First year. Currently have an offer for Kurring-Gai, however I got a UAI of 91.20, and the cut off for the city campus was 91.80. So I'm praying for final round offers!! Either way, they offer the same course, and I'll be a UTS-ian!
Indeed. My assessment mark was down for Modern as well..All year I was getting marks of 90 - 95. I was expecting over 95 in the HSC exam. I ended up with a mark of 84. I just have no idea what happened..
Re: UAI Countdown
Can we change our UAC preferences following the release of our UAI's? I'd think you'd be able to - could pick a better course if you performed far better than you were expecting..
Indeed I am! I have a Cadetship with PriceWaterhouseCoopers - so need to get into a select few Uni courses. I'm FAIRLY sure I got above 90...however you can never be too sure. As the days go by since I finished my exams(October 28), my confidence fades. I question how they marked it, whether...
It's all personal preference. No one is 'the idiot'. You mightn't aspire to do certain things in life, where as others may wish to. So, you mightn't want to go to Uni, finding another way to make you happy. However, others do want to pursue a degree!
:hammer:
Hmm, I'm guessing you're just being an idiot - however that's just taking things too far, like always.
I'm a believer in being socially intelligent, on top of being well educated. It's no use getting a UAI of 99, if you can't communicate to anyone.
Anyways, to the topic. I felt, when I sat...
Yes, I did sometimes use studying as an excuse to not see friends.
That...is basically all :(
I was quite the nerd for the HSC exams, heh...gotta love those 10 hour study days every day. Eeeeek.
Re: the big question WHAT UNI DO YOU WANT TO GO TO AND WHY!
UTS all the way. Great Business course, easily accessible from Central Station, and seems like a nice community. I did want to go to Sydney Uni, however the Cadetship I got only allows me to go to UTS, UNSW or Mac. So, that's the order...
