For question 28 B) i) i did: C = B^3 / 20
is that wrong? coz my friend who does 4U said i cant be wrong coz b^3 is still direct variable....it doesnt matter if you divide b by k or times it by k coz constants are insignificat in the great scheme of things and doesnt affect it as in "directly"...
I dont get it. It says that Jordans gross fortnightly income is 1500. and then in question ii) it asks for 17/1/2% of 4 weeks groos income. shouldnt the working be
2 x 1500 x 17/1/2%??? In the standards package, it says that its 4 x 1500 x 17/1/2%
OMG! 30% of prelim??? but like how am I soppost to remember half the stuff? damn...anyways thank cro_angel...i think i'm gonna have to to a skim through past work...
can we get questions that are not in the HSC syllabus but is in the prelim syllabus? e.g taxation questions? because there was a question on taxation on the 2003 test and i coulnt remember the concept or formulas..only something about net income = gross income - tax payable or somthing like that.
Hey I was looking at last years paper and I couldnt do question 24 b).
And then I tried finding those kinda questions in our textbook and couldnt find any. Then I checked the syllabus under financial maths and it doesnt say anywhere there about taxable income, gross income etc. Whats the deal...
