I went essay first, then creative... but I finished my creative with 10 minutes to go, so I went back to my essay and edited it... god i didnt realise how many STUPID mistakes i made! Good thing I fixed it up hehe!
I think the title says it all...
WOOOOOOOO!!!
So so awesome to think that I wont every hafta write some crappy essay again... but more than anything I am so excited that the words "creative writing" can now be abolished from my vocabulary... yeeee haaaa! :)
That totally sucked... Come on a visual stimulus? That was shite... at least it was all up2 interpretation of the visual how it would relate to the genre... My english teacher said she thought it was the hardest of the module A questions and i agree... it was too specific for the exam!
That exam was 100% SHIT for revenge tragedy... what was with the stupid gun? I got the metaphorical meaning of it all, blah blah blah, but have we degraded to some kind of primary school english, writing off a visual stimulus?
Even advanced english barely ever uses stimulus visual imagery! SOO...
Thanks for the comments guys! I dont know if Ill make the 98 this year, I can hope so, but even if i dont then by repeating, the accessability of the course I wanted has become greater in the 2003-4 period so hopefully Ill make it! Yeah it was a bloody tough decision to go back... 91.5 isnt...

But this was my second attempt so I decided to reply...
Hopefully this mark will be somewhat better than my last (which was 38, VERY low...

so so so so happy... yay!
Hmm tres pissed off..
That exam so sucked! This is my second time round doing the HSC and I think even last years paper was like 10 times easier... my maths teacher reckons it was one of the hardest in the last few years...
I think the most difficult thing about the whole paper, however...
Its so hard to actually say what marks you need to achieve an above 90 UAI, but these are my marks for my HSC last year
English (advanced): 90
English (extension 1): 38
Mathematics: 91
Extension Maths: 39
Chemistry: 76
Physics 72
2004 UAI: 91.5
As you can tell, even with lower marks...
