It really isn't that hard. I winged both my english exams and still went alright in them. If you're good at, and passionate at the subjects you're doing, you will do well. If not, then you have to put in a bit of effort to compensate for it.
From the UOW website:
This subject provides an introductory overview of areas of psychological investigation, introducing students to the study of individuals and human experience. It aims to acquaint non-psychology majors with the discipline, but may also provide additional background to...
Hey guys, I'm considering doing a Psyc1XX subject as an elective. I was really interested in the course, but preferences were higher in other areas. Is there anyone that has done an introductory Psychology subject (or preferably a degree) that could explain a bit about it?
Not having attended yet, I can't really complain about it. So far the University has been pretty good; Answering questions and trying to work things out when it's a little confusing. About the Internet, that is quite a low amount. But when you think about it, the Quota is meant for University...
Just use them a lot. Do a lot of questions that involve the log and exponential graphs. Even simple 2 and 3 unit graphs will help. Graph y = e^x and then graph y = e^-x just so you get used to them. Try subbing in points to understand why it is that value at the certain place. Just experiment...
It wouldn't, it's just that I didn't really get a definitive answer for the first one, and so I was hoping to simplify it. That way I could get an answer for the result I wanted, and then extend from there.
\int e^{(1+i)x}dx = \frac{e^x}{2}\left [(cosx + sinx) + i(sinx - cosx) \right ]
I got this ^
Is that the correct answer? Also, does the statement \int af(x)dx = a\int f(x)dx
hold for complex a?
I agree with Katie, slight moderation keeps things in order, and stops the new threads getting out of control. If a bunch of people want to spam a topic with mindless crap, then that's fine, but leave it in one thread.
And as for the issue about Child Pornography, KT has a completely...
When I tried to borrow a book from the library on my enrolment day, the librarian said that the card takes up to 24 or 48 hours to activate, so I assume it is the same as the SOLS. I know that my friends and I couldn't log in on the day we enrolled, but it's working fine now.
I should be going to O-week. Only depends on whether or not I'm working. I'll definately go, even if not all three days. I read somewhere they have a velcro wall? I've always wanted to jump on one of those.
