I thought I can apply after getting HSC score, so I didn't apply. However,I just heard that I had to apply until 31st of October for 1st semester. I am considering to take the diploma of Marketing @ meadowbank or ultimo. Can I apply for 1st semester and is it hard to get a place for me?

Hi guys, I am just considering to take the diploma of business and commerce which is 12 months and I am just wondering "can I apply other universities something like 'SYDNEY, UNSW or ANU' after completing the diploma ?" If it is possible, what do i need to do?
