I got 87.40
Converted to TER with bonus points I get around 95. :) :)
I'm hoping to do Mining engineering at Uni adelaide which has a cut off of about 80.
I got 87.40 and my parents were extremely happy with my results.
By the way, some of these asian parents sound like pure evil...
No offense. 0_-. I feel sorry for you guys that have to deal with them.
I was really happy and surprised at first with my marks, especially after my blunder in the English exam....
But then a few hours later I became more and more dissapointed. I think the "what if more" factor is ultimately inevitable for any HSC student.
It sucks to be a pessimist.
I'm grateful for my band 4 in English considering I didn't answer the creative writing section......
I think it was first exam nerves that screwed me over .lol....
Hopefully UAC is kind to us English Advanced students this year and it gets scaled well.
I thought the English advanced test was harder this year than previous years. The questions were more specific and required a better understanding of a topic.
An extra ten UAI points for all English advanced students obviously to me seems justified. 0_0
It seems everyone is trying to lose weight after the HSC am I the only one trying to gain it?
Over the period of the HSC exams I lost weight instead of gaining any.
It annoys me heaps.
I'm unhappy HSC chemistry is over.
I really enjoyed the course although I think it was way too much social science..
If I can get into Uni I'd happily attempt more chemistry study with more emphasis on calculations and application.
1)c
2)A
3)B
4)C
5)D I think my only mistake.. However I could be wrong.
6)A I thought 810 but alot of people are saying 828.
7)A
8)B
9)C. Not B because it wont apply to diprotic acid base reactions
10)C
11)C
12)A
13)D
14)D
15)B, With A the temp and yield are screwed.... 350...
Calculations were great.
Except I ran out of time for that EDTA question which I left last..damn.
Overall, I'd say a moderate test.
Screwed though, if you're a rote learner and can't write chem equations or do calculations.
