i know quite a few ppl in my year who got about 97 and pretty average umat scores and got hecs places....then there are others who got really high uais but are on bonded places...so it is hard to say that people with certain uais/umats will def/def not get in.

hey guys, just letting you know that the Sydney Morning Herald has decided to print an early edition of tomorrow's paper which will be out at selected places from about 7:30 tonight. This paper will have the 2005 uac offers. Check their website for distribution points - nothing is up...
Actually the mean is not 99.6 or whatever I said at UNSW.
Proffessor Cole said at the UNSW open day that about half of their students last year got over 98.5 and the lowest uai was 95.2
So there is still hope!
