hmm that i don't knwo they are basically the same thing right??? but liek the difference between dorian and Dmajor is that there is no flats and sharps as far as i know isn't it'll all basically just starting on whatever note Say if Dorian you would start on the D then go up to D using liek...
well I can give u tips but unfortunatly they havnt' helped me.. my whole music class can't do melodic dictation!!! our top trial mark was 1/5 hahaha but I've tried readign up heaps on it and some tips i have foudn include:
- Notate the rhythmn first, u will get marks for gettign the rhythm...
