Is it possible to join engineering during the mid-semester admissions with UAC?

I know school's don't receive uai's but they do receive the marks. My question is do they know who got which marks, or do they just get a bunch of numbers unattached.

marks look steady except your adv eng. try to lift it up to 70-80 and just generally improve your other results and with the aid of scaling you'll fly.
