i thought it was fine, seeming though one of my themes i focused on is duplicity, which concerns the lack of loyalty and trust within relationships of the play. at times i kept forgetting to go back to the 'human experience' bit

hang on. i thought we were taking about SIGHT-SINGING!?! well im pretty good at sight reading, i always get really good marks for it in exams, and thats how i pick up music so quickly.
but im SHOCKING at sight-SINGING
i dont even count the words...pffft
i just try and get through to a seconfd writng booklet in my exam (so, more than 8 pages, try to get ROUND 10-12)
and thats what i practise doing my essays in a time limit in
extension music (but i dont know if that counts cause its not a 'written' exam, but still ITS A WHOLE UNIT lol that i aced woop)
and then music 2
bombed out in adv. english so baddd so unhappy with myself, terrible time management skills under the pressure of writing three essays in two hours...
I am practically using that same method as 'naisaton' discussed earlier in the thread (we are in the same class :P)
our teacher is extreamly supportive between the period of post-trial / pre-HSC exams as we are constantly writing up essays for each module (say we would spend a week on eeach...
you always need to link your texts together in order to form an overall argument or thesis about the concept of Belonging. You would definetly not get full marks in the HSC exam if you only discuss each text without comparing similarites or differences that each text sheds light on about...
mm yeah i've been thinking about the amount of freedom you get and i think im going to die, because i only function under a really good routine and when im like forced to do things.
non-compulsory isnt good for me. i do well for a while then when i start going downhill i give up on alot.
dont even get me started on how bad i am at sight singing
my teacher said it was 'bizzare' and 'shocking' (btw how rude of my teacher!)
i dont know how to get better either
i just have to keep practising m intervals or what??
