I'm at newcastle at it seems to be a very good law school - not as prestigous as sydney and others but still reputable. i also had a some friends who transferred to sydney, and have said that the only difference really is the prestige - the law is the same wherever you go. ive only done one...
what bulshit...just becaseu we were smart enough to actually study the persian wars seeing as though the BOS tests them every year...doesnt mean we did minimal work...and if u were putting in all that "hard work" why on earth didnt you study the perian wars...

i thought that questio was easy...there was so much to talk about...epieciually with all the concepts...and metallicrap...tension was created becasue it was so out of tune...i think that was the entire pt.
i dont recon 3 unit diffuculty should be in the test at all...its a 2 unit test...so the questions should focus on the difficulty for 2U students...they should be trynig to test 2U students understanding of what we have leanrt...not making it so hard so very few 2U kinds can sctually do the question
