Just the STAT test, your ATAR and a Vet Science Commitment Statement (for Sydney Uni anyway - I suggest you get started really really early on this). No interview here but CSU does an interview (they really drill you for how much you love Agriculture and cows etc) and James Cook from knowledge...
Yeah, I'm in my 2nd year of Vet Science at Usyd.
It's endlessly interesting but a very intense course. You definitely need to have a strong interest in medicine and animals to keep yourself motivated, because you're looking at 25-30 contact hours/week and ontop of that many many hours of study...
You might have noticed -
Location: Minto
So I'm getting the East Hills line - 90% of the time goes through the Airport rather than through to Redfern, so in that case Central + walk > Central + Change to Redfern + walk?
Thanks
Just wasn't sure whether walking from Redfern and through the uni was faster/slower than walking from Central to get to the Vet Science building. (Also have no idea whether the majority of my lectures will even be up there, because I do have to do Chem and Cell Biology [woohoo]).
And...
They sent Pink out on to a farm to witness first hand the effects of fly strike.
The worst bit is, she was completely taken-aback because lord-knows the experience with sheep farming she's had while she pranced around defaming australian farmers, but then nothing got done about it.
No...
no, I think you'll find its utter bullshit.
And paying extra if we don't go to our local school???
I live in Minto for Christ's sake, and I happen to have worked hard enough to not have ended up at Sarah Redfern. Punish me for it.
I'm the same age - not 18 till June 09.
I'm taking a gap year, and while I might lose study routine, after I'm enrolled and have deferred I'm locked in to go to uni in 2010 regardless.
Because we're a year young I see it as we can afford to take a year off.
I just want a year of brain-dead...
