Even in Year 12 I never did particularly well in E1. I maintained an average of about 65% in the various assessments and exams, but in the term leading up to the HSC exams I worked my ass off and got the result I wanted. It really brought up my overall mark and I'm glad I kept the subject.
Oh yes, War and Peace, Crime and Punishment and Eugene Onegin are all excellent. Let me have a think for suggestions though. I read a whole bunch of the 'classics' when I was 14 or 15. There's a lot of crap in there and I would strongly suggest you stay away from Balzac.
The Brothers Karamazov...
I don't tend to listen to albums all the way through unless I have my stereo on hand, but I did listen to most of each of these albums today:
Close To The Edge - Yes
The Great Deceiver - King Crimson
The second one is four CDs.
Be prepared for a long list:
Crossroads - Cream
Sunshine Of Your Love - Cream
White Room - Cream
Nobody Knows You When You're Down And Out - Derek and the Dominos
Tell The Truth - Derek and the Dominos
Little Wing - Derek and the Dominos
Presence Of The Lord - Blind Faith
Remember -...
