Hey,
I was just wondering if someone who has completed (or nearly completed) the physiotherapy degree at Sydney Uni could tell me how imperative it is to have studied physics at high school? Would you reccomend doing the bridging course?
I have completed the online "diagnostic" test thing...
not trying to be arrogant edwardcav, but i dont think we have to know the effect of the war on German Women, only british women: "The impact of war on women's lives and experiences (Britian)" - according to the syllabus dot point. Clerisy kinda answered that aspect of it but a summary:

heya, i have a hypothetical (dontcha just love those)
when finding oblique asymptotes - you divide by the highest power of x in the denominator correct? what if the highest power is in the numerator? what do you do then? i.e. so you dont get 1/x = 0 as lim--> 00 (that's infinity) e.g:
x^3+...
heya,
can someone help me with question 9b) from the 2000 paper?
what is the general way of doing these kinds of questions? and how do you do them if they give you the original function and ask you to graph the gradient function using the graph of the original function (if you get me...) ...
heya i hope this helps:
a) Mass of barium sulfate = 1.8g
% mass of sulfate in the barium sulfate=
32.1+16x4 (i.e. MM of sulfate)/ 32.1 + 16x4 + 137.3 (i.e. MM of barium sulfate)
= 96.1/233.4
therefore amount of sulfate in 1.8g of precipitate = 96.1/233.4 X 1.8
=0.7411...g
therefore the...
Heya
We recently did a prac in class where we looked at the factors effecting the rates of corrosion. one of the things we looked at was the distance between the electrodes of an electrolytic cell (i think we used graphite electrodes). we noticed that as the electrodes were brought closer...
heh you're right. i was discussing it with someone else and they were telling me not to do it because of my wrists, but yeh :) i won't listen to them. i just hope i get in now :)
yeh i see your point juggernaut- meh, i assumed it would include a lot of physical work- but for some reason "physically demanding" startled me. I'm really keen on doing the course - but lately ive been having some joint problems in my wrist (man, i sound like im getting old) so yeh, i was just...
hey tha_fairy, you seem to know a lot about this :) i heard that the course is quite physically demanding - is there any truth to this? If yes, how so?
heya (i put this up in the 2u forum so if you've read this twice its not you, its me)
how would you do the integration of 3^(2x-1) ?????
what's the general rule for this kind of integration?
thanks for your help
